These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the LUMÉ online store and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

We make every effort to display product colours, descriptions, and specifications accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen will display colours exactly as they appear in person. Product specifications may be updated without notice.

3. Orders & Pricing

All prices are shown in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. You will be notified and fully refunded in such cases.

4. Payment

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

5. Shipping

Shipping is free on all orders to European destinations. Estimated delivery times are provided in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details. EU consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days; our policy extends this to 30 days.

7. Warranties & Liability

Our products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. We are not liable for damages arising from misuse of the product. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

All content on this store (text, images, branding, logos) is the property of LUMÉ and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy and the European Union. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Italian courts, without prejudice to your rights as an EU consumer under local law.
