We ship to all European Union countries and the United Kingdom, including: Italy, Germany, France, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Portugal, Poland, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, and more.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
Every order comes with a tracking number. Use it to monitor your shipment in real time. If you haven’t received your tracking number within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us at support@lume-skin.com.
Customs & Duties
All prices include applicable VAT for EU orders. There are no additional customs duties for shipments within the EU. UK customers may be subject to import duties — these are the buyer’s responsibility.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a replacement or full refund.
