We stand behind our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your LUMIÉ Pro, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
EU Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. Our policy exceeds this minimum, giving you 30 days.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@lume-skin.com with your order number and reason for return (optional)
- We will reply within 24 hours with return instructions
- Ship the item back in its original packaging
- Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Return Conditions
- Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Item should be in its original condition and packaging
- Include all accessories (cable, straps, pouch)
Return Shipping
We provide a prepaid return label for defective or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping costs.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing time after we receive the return is 5–7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or stops working within the warranty period, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. Contact us at support@lume-skin.com with a photo of the issue.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
